60 Minutes Reiki + Theta Healing sessions:
In this session, I utilizes a blend of hands-on reiki healing, thetahealing, shamanic visualizations, aromatherapy, crystal healing and sound healing to bring you deep into slower brainwaves. In this space, belief systems and blocks can be recognised and moved through, allowing you to be a clearer channel and deeply restored. This will also work on physiological ailments that may be arising psychosomatically. This is a beautifully relaxing, regenerative and insightful time to connect with your baby and you will take with you all notes around spiritual and body messages that come up.

Women have always gathered. In tents, in tipis and in coffee shops, they have always desired the formation of a gathering in which they can share, be seen and be heard. You are about to go through one of the most monumental transformations and initiations of your life: in a Mother Blessing Ceremony we guide you and your closest friends and family through a few hours of deep reverence for your journey, honoring of your body and mind, recognition of this sacred rite of passage and use meditation, sharing of stories and ancient practices to tap into your journey. This is a beautiful manner of connecting to yourself, to your shifts, to your child and most importantly, to those who you are calling upon to become your greatest support network as you move into the delicate realm of Motherhood. Sealing Ceremony: Closing the Bones.
After a woman gives birth she is open and raw; she is in need of a cleanse and a choice of ways to mark her transition from maiden to mother. In different parts of the world, women are cleansed and bathed after major rites of passages including getting married and having a child.
A a Mother Roaster I hold space and assist in:
honouring: the rite of passage from maiden to mother must be MARKED and honoured and valued. Women must feel valued for their accomplishments. They need a ceremony to mark this transition. Ceremonial bathing is a part of this ancient practice.
warming: it’s important for women immediately postpartum to be warmed. The act of birthing a baby is a cooling for the body and requires heating to restore balance.
sealing : the entire pregnancy and birthing process is about “opening”, spiritually, mentally and physically, but once the baby is born, the body requires “sealing” or closing that which has been opened and is raw and vulnerable. This is critical for proper holistic postpartum healing.
binding: belly binding is a process to which a woman’s belly is bound tightly right after giving birth. This act should be done ceremoniously and with pure intention to honour the woman. This tradition of sacred belly binding serves many functions, but fore-mostly aids in warming + closing the body post-birth.
Each ceremony takes between 1-2 hours. You may invite anyone who you wish to support and celebrate you through this often emotional but beautiful ceremony, to hold space for you as you fully leave the last pregnancy behind and embark upon your parenting journey.
